Here are some of the services I offer:

• Experience as an actual franchisee owner/operator.
• An outline of questions to ask beyond regular due diligence.
• How to use your 401(K) or IRA money to finance buying a franchise. (I did it!)
• What to expect (or not to expect) from a franchisor.
• What is “support” and the realistic expectations.
• Dealing with spouse/partner issues. Realistic growth and earnings potential. Being financially prepared.
• Marketing and sales guidance, beyond what is provided (or not) from a franchisor.
• A sounding board who has no vested interest in whether you buy a franchise or not.

Fees: $100 per hour, 1 hour minimum. After 1 hour, fees are $25 per 15 minute increment. Fees are payable in advance, MC, VISA or Discover. All consults are done over the phone or in person. Any e-mail questions that are answered are considered consultations and will be charge accordingly on a case by case basis. This will be determined this prior to your consultation.
